Roof Inspections for Fox Valley Homeowners
A roof inspection is often the best place to start if you’re unsure about the condition of your roof.
At Crown Roofing Services, our goal during an inspection is simple: help you understand the condition of your roof so you can make an informed decision.
We don’t use high-pressure sales presentations or long sales meetings. Most homeowners prefer to review their options later at the kitchen table.

What Our Roof Inspection Includes
When Joshua inspects your roof, the goal is simple: help you understand the condition of your roof so you can make an informed decision.
A typical inspection may include:
• A visual inspection of shingles, flashing, and roof penetrations
• Checking for missing, cracked, or aging shingles
• Inspecting flashing around chimneys, vents, and valleys
• Looking for signs of leaks or water intrusion
• Checking roof ventilation when accessible
• Drone inspection when appropriate for steep or sensitive roofs
• A written inspection report emailed after the visit
Joshua will explain what he finds in plain language so you understand the condition of your roof and any recommended next steps.

What Our Roof Inspection Does NOT Include
We know many homeowners worry about scheduling a roofing inspection because they expect a high-pressure sales appointment.
That’s not how we operate.
Our inspections are designed to be informative, not intimidating.
• No sales representative — Joshua, the owner, performs the inspection himself
• No two-hour roofing presentation
• No “sign today” or pressure tactics
• No confusing sales pitches
Sometimes you may also meet Mrs. Crown Roofing if a drone inspection is needed.
Our goal is simply to give you clear information about your roof so you can review everything at your own pace.

Most roofing decisions are made around the kitchen table after the inspection, and we respect that.

After the Inspection
After the inspection, Joshua will explain what he found and answer any questions you may have. There’s no high-pressure sales presentation or long slideshow.
Instead, he’ll leave you with the information you need so you can review everything at your own pace. You’ll also receive a written inspection report by email outlining the condition of the roof and any recommended repairs or replacement options.
Most homeowners prefer to talk through decisions like this around the kitchen table after the inspection, and we respect that. If additional questions come up later, Joshua is always available to talk things through or return with material samples if that would be helpful.

Drone Inspections
Drone inspections are especially helpful for:
• Steep roofs
• Historic homes
• Older roofs where walking may cause damage
If you’d prefer a drone inspection, we’re happy to accommodate that.
