There are many different reasons why a drone inspection is the best option for your property. Drone inspections can also save our team valuable work hours - so you're not billed for wasted time.

Historic Property Drone Inspection

Drone Inspections for Historical Properties

Historic properties are entirely different from residential homes - and require extra care and attention. Sometimes, this means we're limited by what we can attach to the house. Drone inspections offer a "human-free" option during an inspection.

Drone Inspections for Concrete Tile and Slate Tile Roofs

Having worked on many tile roofs, I can tell you first hand how daunting playing a game of roof-top leap frog with protective pads can be.

Unlike asphalt shingles, tiles can not be walked on directly - and protective pads must be used at all times. Drone inspections cut a 2 hour inspection down to just 20 minutes. A drone inspection also allows up to pin point the exact section and tile that may be cracked.

With Historic Properties, Concrete, and Slate Tile Roofs

We'll be sure to take high quality, 4K photos and videos of your historic property - so you can rest assured that we're taking care of exactly what needs to be repaired.

Wait, Don't You Need A Part 107 License and Special Insurance For Drone Work?

Yes - the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requires that the drone operator, using a drone for profit, must have a Part 107 license.

And you're in luck, because Crown Roofing Services does have a Part 107 drone pilot on staff. Even better? Our drone pilot has over 8 years of drone flight experience.

Did you know that traditional construcion insurance doesn't cover drone liability? That's why we have a separate insurance policy for our drone work - to protect you and the property we're inspecting.

How Much Does A Drone Inspection Cost?

Drone inspections cost $475 and allow you to keep the high quality, 4K photos and videos - as well as our inspection report. These images and video are a great way to keep records of the work needed for your property.

But, if you choose to hire Crown Roofing Services to repair the work, this cost is deducted from the total - essentially giving you a free drone inspection. When you hire us we work on your property, we'll also take the same high quality 4K photos and videos - documenting the completed work.
